Consumables, medicines and equipment as single orders, bulk lists or regular reorders. Every quote states brand, pack size, price in KES and lead time. For equipment, we first ask what it is for, who will use it, and what space and power you have.
When stock runs out without warning.
Outbreaks and stock outs do not wait for the next procurement cycle. Call us and we tell you straight away what we can deliver and how fast. If we cannot meet your timeline, we say so early.
Keep equipment in service.
Planned maintenance, calibration and repairs for the equipment we supply, with a written service report after each visit. Book per visit or under a service contract.
Checked before it reaches your shelf.
We buy from registered sources, confirm registration status, inspect goods on arrival and record batch numbers and expiry dates. For audits and tenders we send the documents the manufacturer provides, such as certificates of analysis.
We work within Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) requirements and the relevant Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) standards.
Advice before you spend.
Opening a clinic, adding a lab or upgrading a ward means a long list of decisions. We help you build the list, set priorities within budget and stage the order. For county and institutional buyers, we help write clear, realistic specifications.
Your staff should feel sure using it.
On site user training at installation, and refresher sessions when staff change. When something goes wrong, call us. We talk you through the fault and arrange a visit if needed.
Before you ask.
Can you supply pharmaceuticals to any buyer?
No. We supply pharmaceuticals only to licensed pharmacies and health facilities, in line with Pharmacy and Poisons Board rules. We may ask for a copy of your licence.
Can you help with tender documents?
Yes. We prepare itemised quotes and send the product documents the manufacturer provides, such as registration details and certificates of analysis.
