Cookie notice.

This notice explains what www.labmondgroup.co.ke stores on your device and why. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

---

1. The short version

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small items in your browser, both cleared when you close the tab: one so the opening animation plays only once per visit, and one that holds the product list you build on the order slip until you send it. Nothing from Google Maps loads until you choose to show the map.

2. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Browser storage, such as session storage, works in a similar way, but the data stays in your browser and is not sent with each request.

3. What we store

Name	Type	Set by	Purpose	How long
labmond-intro-seen	Session storage	Labmond	Remembers that the opening animation has played, so it does not play again on every page	Until you close the browser tab
labmond-slip-list	Session storage	Labmond	Holds the items you add to the order slip, so they carry into the quote form	Until you send your request or close the browser tab

The first item only records that the animation has been seen. The second holds only the product lines you type. Neither is sent to us until you submit the quote form, and neither is used for tracking.

4. Google Maps

The Contact page offers a map provided by Google Maps. The map loads only when you choose to show it. Once it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google's privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, email info@labmondgroup.co.ke and we will send you directions.

5. Links to other services

Some links open other services, such as WhatsApp, your email app or Google Maps. Those services have their own cookie and privacy policies, which apply once you use them.

6. Analytics

We do not currently use website analytics. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy friendly tool, ask for your consent where the law requires it, and update this notice before it goes live.

7. How to control storage

You can clear session storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also block them, but parts of some websites may then not work as expected. If you block session storage, the opening animation may play again and items on the order slip will not carry into the quote form. You can still type your list into the form directly.

8. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if what we store changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
